With a variety of fun and motivational classes to suit all fitness levels you are bound to find several classes to suit your needs.

The fiercely energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleased and empowered. No experience necessary, based on non contact martial arts moves.
Les Mills Body Balance
A yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.
