CLASSES 2022

Les Mills Body Pump

Challenge yourself with the original Barbell workout that strengthens and tones your entire body. A total body workout with lots of repetition, motivation and great music

Les Mill Body Combat

The fiercely energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleased and empowered. No experience necessary, based on non contact martial arts moves.

Pilates

A low impact form of exercise, emphasising core strength, flexibility and strength training. Combining muscle control with breathing techniques to develop all over body tone and flexibility.

Kick Boxing

PROUDLY BROUGHT TO YOU BY PREMIER FITNESS 

A combination of kicks, strikes and kettlebells, all while learning great techniques in a fun and motivating environment. All over body workout
